Pregnancy

So.. i am 36 weeks and 5 days pregnant as of now if according to the due date my doctor gave me. i actually cant get my maternity leave yet because the doctor can only give me when i reached 38 weeks, which i think is ridiculous! i already ache so much especially my leg area and on top of that, i am having diarrhea for 2 days straight now >:/ so, i kinda have my own maternity leave now. i cant work like this! plus, i will due anytime now.. i need to rest. sigh.

this is how much i weigh during my 34 weeks. i am currently 41.4kg now though. i knowww i weigh so little when pregnant, but thats only because i lost a LOT during my first trimester. my pre-pregnancy weight is around 39kg. but due to the terrible nausea, it dropped to 34kg. so i gained around 7kg as of now. (i wonder how much i will lose again after i give birth -__-)

anyway... not sure if i've mentioned before. but i will be having a girl. but im still hoping for a boy haha. the doctor predicted the gender when i was 5 months along, so i tell myself that she could be wrong. hahaha. i dont mind if its a boy or a girl, but it'd be nice to have a boy! :D but then again, most of the clothes i bought are girly clothes cause its hard to find white newborn clothes here!

as you can see, im pretty excited with the new baby coming. i prepared a checklist few months back and as of now, all are ticked and the only ones that are not are my maternity pads, lol. i still havent decide which ones to use!! many recommend DR P Maternity Pads but its STILL out of stock now and im currently waiting for the stock :( i used the 38cm Kotex before but i remember that i leaked on my bed a few times haha. 

i also bought this beautiful floral nursing cover for only $22! i dont know if thats cheap or not, but its the cheapest i can find that has a pretty design and covers okay. all the other ones i saw costs like $40 plus! i actually planned to sew a nursing cover for myself but i was too lazy to shop for fabrics! but i think $22 was an okay price. so thats okay!

and of course, for my postpartum care, i got the Earth Mama Bottom Spray!! many swears on this, especially my friends, so i just had to get this! i got them off from Ebay though! cheaper than buying them here. also got the Nipple Butter one cause i remember how much it hurts to breastfeed! :( and also for nappy rash, got the most sought after Angel Baby Bottom Balm!!! of course, i always read the reviews before buying and the angel baby bottom balm are claimed to give amazing results! i hope the new baby will have no nappy rash because of this haha. cant wait to try them!

and the clothes! i think i bought too much newborn clothes. most of these are from Carters. cause they always have these sale online. and they usually have the whites! i already told my mom that i have too much newborn clothes already, but she went out to buy them anyway -__- so there's more clothes than in picture above. for this baby, pretty much all of her items are new, eventhough she can wear airis's old ones.. but im too lazy to go to the store room and search for her old clothes haha. the only used item the baby will use is the bath tub. :D 

okay enough about the baby, lets talk about my other baby. haha. Airis turned 3 few days back!! 

we shopped for her presents days earlier cause we couldnt wait. haha. so glad that she loves all of them!!! 

when her bday actually comes, i suprised her with balloons and she woke up suprised and happy. best feeling everrrrrrr.

of course, who could resist a DQ icecream cake?! we designed a hello kitty cake for her and it only costs $54.90 only. which i think is okay lah cause Mr Baker does it for around that price also but its just a simple cake. so, its better to splurge a few dollars for a delicious ice cream cake. 

we put the My Little Pony figurines on top because airis wants to have them too haha. LOVE THE CRAYONS CANDLES THOUGH! bought them off from ebay! 

before the party, we went to the waterpark and brought along my other nieces and nephews to accompany airis! it was a huge success. she loves it so much and its better than a birthday party! so glad we optioned for going to the waterpark instead! and so thankful that it wasnt raining that day.

overall, it was an enjoyable party for her. she gets to spend it with her close relatives and my mom in law also threw a mini party for her! which we didnt expect at all! so im so thankful for everyone who care for her happiness and make her birthday a memorable one!! 

and this is her today. yep, she still wears the birthday crown haha.
