FaceShop False Lashes & BRTC Jasmine Water BB Cream Review

TODAY im going to do a review on FaceShop's False Lash and their Eyelash Glue :) i actually bought their Eyelash Glue months ago for $4+ but i never really used them a lot. infact, i only used them once or twice :P False Lashes never really gotten my attention, i would prefer to spend my money on something else. Of course, they look tempting! but i managed to not buy them anyway ;D but just recently(more like 3 weeks ago hehe), i feel like going shoppppping! i was at The Mall the other day, and i have this money but i didnt know what to spent it on. so then i went to FaceShop and spotted their adorable lashes. I asked if they sell lower lashes, but they dont x( anyway, i had a hard time picking the lashes. i even asked my boyfriend for his opinion lol. but eventually, i picked this(picture above) lashes! i dont know why i picked this. i guess its because of the long ends. but just yesterday(i know it took me so long!), i tried this lashes.

i learned a trick from one of the YouTube Gurus on how to apply false lashes. i cant remember who T.T MakeUp something thingy. anyway, i removed the lashes from the box and curl it on my fingers(is that the right way to say it?). NO dont stick it using the glue :P the lashes are already sticky enough after you removed them from the box. by doing this, it helps to curl the lashes. it gives them the 'shape'! easier to position.

picture below.. i did this after i applied the glue to roots. while waiting for the glue to dry, i curled the lashes like this again :)

before putting on the lashes, i curled my natural lashes and applied two coats of mascara to give that "volume". besides, it'll look better with the false lashes. i put the false lashes on with the help of my tweezeeers! after that, i curled my natural and false lashes together ^^ anyway, the glue is okaay. i only wear the lashes for like 10minutes, so i dont know how long it is capable to stay on :( but here's the result! 

i dont know if i did it right or not :(

BRTC Jasmine Water BBcream

i bought this off from a local online seller(Rizqussalam). bought this at B$40! oh my $.$ a bit pricey than Skin79's. i ordered this because i got a sample of this before and it worked so well on my skin. As you can see below, i squeezed it out a little so that you guys can see the color :) it is lighter than any of the BB creams i own.

anyway, this is my favorite BBcream so far. dont get me wrong, i LOVED my Skin79 VIP Gold, but it doesnt work on me anymore. there's nothing wrong with it, i guess its because i used it for like 6 months(i think) and i guess my skin gotten bored with it. i dont know, but i dont really like using the same products for a longggg time. there's always a time to get something "NEW!" ;D infact, after i finished with this BB Cream, im gonna try the SKIN79 Oriental BB Cream!!! *exciteddd* x)

back to Jasmine BB Cream... 

• Not to my suprise, it smells like Jasmine, the flower ;D but its not overpowering, so yeah it doesnt bother me that much.
• If Skin79's VIP Gold is too light for you, then this is not for you
• It's kind of hard to blend this BB cream
• It leaves a dewy finish
• Coverage can be adjusted
• Conceals my imperfections well
• A little bit goes a long way! this will give you a ghostly look if you wear it too much. 
• Suitable for dry skin
• NEVER had any breakouts while using this :)
• I love how flawless it looks in pictures xP

My Beauty Diary Mask - Blooming of Beauty Series - French White Lily Mask

so, i tried My Beauty Diary Lily Mask already! x) i didnt took a picture of me wearing it because i wore the mask before i went to bed and i looked funny with the mask on -.- besides, i dont think it was necessary, because the before and after was barely obvious! :( it claims to whitens and soothes. the packaging is very pretty and when i put the mask on, i got a cool feeling at first. it barely had any smell. im not sure, i never smelled lily before :p the mask fits well to my face. though its kind of hard to laugh when its on hehe xD i put it on for around... 15-20minutes. i patted on the excessive serum for absorption. i even patted onto my neck. it doesnt whitens, but it brightens. i does give a slight glow, but not something to boost about. my face felt sticky for around 10mins or so after removing the mask. probably because it wasnt fully absorbed yet, but my face felt soft and supple after that :) my skin glowed even more in the following morning. which is why i decided to review the Skin79 BB creams! :D its just the perfect way to put it on. the cream glides really well on my cleaned face ;D so yeah, i would definitely buy this again. but i dont think i would rely this for the whitening fuction. i just love how it made my skin so soft :) bought this for B$3.

I LOVE SKIN79 BRUNEI

BB creams is still a craze here in Asia! no doubt. I've heard of this 'BB Creams' a year ago and it is basically a liquid foundation that does wonders to your skin. Many well-known brands carries BB creams in their product range. One of them is SKIN79! they received great reviews and carries different lines of BB Creams! good news to Bruneians, Skin79 FINALLY opened a branch here! infact, branches :P at Mall Gadong & Seri Kiulap! yayyy no more ordering online and wait for weeks! :D

I've bought myself Skin79 Miniature BB Cream 4 in 1 set from SKIN79. this is a great buy for those who arent sure of which BB cream to buy. this set contains VIP Gold, HOT Pink, DIAMOND Prestige and DIAMOND Pearl. i've lost my mini VIP Gold, thats why its only 3. But i purchased a full size of it, no worries ^^ because i have dry skin, it suits me more. and yes, it cracked because it fell a couple of times :( btw, the minis can last around 2 weeks i think. 

this is my swatches for the BB Cream. i labeled it accordingly. please notice the wrong labels. haha. the Hot Pink and VIP Gold were placed wrong. only in first picture! :) 

WHEN BLENDED...

VIP Gold -> matte finish. recommended for dry/mature skin

HOT Pink -> dewy finish. recommended for oily/combo skin

DIAMOND Pearl -> dewy finish. with a lot shimmer. perfect for parties

DIAMOND Prestige -> dewy-matte finish with slight shimmer. i think! 

i've also bought Skin79 Mirror Skinny Pact! in comes in two shades. i bought the light beige one. and dont mind the crack :p im so clumsy!! it rotates too! 360degree! :O 

in these pictures below, im wearing SKIN79 HotPink on my right side of face(is that right? :s). To complete the look and make it lasts longer, i used my Skinny Pact after applying the BB cream :) to make it fair, i shot myself in outdoor lightning and indoor lightning! 

as you can see, it covers my dark eye circles(though not completely) and my acne scars. and it totally covers my pores. i have the pictures of close up, but im too embarassed to show HAHA :3 and yes, i have puffy eyes and my eyes are one big and one small O.o and i hate my hair. haha.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• One full sized tube can lasts around 6 months! or even more. seriously. i'd used my VIP Gold every school day. 
• This doesnt replace your usual moisturizer okk?! :) apply this on a fresh-cleaned-moisturized face to get that 'flawless radiant' look. (unless you use cream-based moisturizer, skip it! im using gel-based, it absorbs really well on skin than the cream-based one)
• Each BB cream has their own functions. Whitening/Wrinkle Improvement/Evens Out SkinTone/etc.
• Remember, its make up! so you HAVE to remove it with your make up remover before going to bed. or else you'll get whiteheads! :O mine did! HAHA. was noob heeeh.
• You have to go to the store to find your suitable shade! it may not come in many shades though :( 
• Try a sample first before buying full size!!! 
• SKIN79 isnt selling BB creams only though, they have moisturizers, toners, masks, etc!
• I CANT DO MY MAKEUP WITHOUT BB CREAMS! haha this is a fact. what a difference it made to my skin, cause i suffer from acne scars T.T but no worries, as long as i have my BB creams, i'll survive! HAHA.

Crystal Whitening & Brightening Eye Mask Review

so i just used 1 of my Crystal Whitening Brightening Eye Mask this morning. I was actually looking forward to try this one and hoped for it to work. but sadly to say, it doesnt x( at least the looks of it. but then again, i shouldnt just review this yet because i've only used it once! so yeah, expect for another post of this eye mask in the near future ^^ i carefully opened the package and it revealed a pair of thick watery eyemask. i put it on and positioned it. ok, this is my first time using eye mask, did i positioned it right? -.- i tried to google how, but no luck. if i didnt, please correct me! x) anyways, the mask is sticky enough to stay on. but i did feel like its going to fall down, but it didnt xp it felt slightly cool and tight while i had it on. and best thing is, its not scented! :) i put in on for 15mins and dabbed the excessive serum until complete absorption. below are my before and after pictures!

maybe its just me, but i cant even see any differences! sorry for the lightning though, the sunlight keeps on changing. so yeah, thats why the lightning is different in each picture. but you can still see though the similarities. no difference eh? x/ huhu.

bought this mask at Kyra Lulu Shop(search for her on Facebook) for B$20(5 pairs). i think i'll find another eye mask after i finish with these. i really need to find a good one. im sick of my puffy eyes and dark circles! but then again, even if they're gone, i dont know how can i prevent them from coming again! im a teenager and being a teenager, we tend to stayed up late and spent long hours infront of the computers :P haha.

In this post, I'm going to review Garnier Aqua Defense Essence, Shurei Salon System Shampoo and Vaseline Healthy White Lotion.

Garnier Aqua Defense Essence

this gel-form moisturizer is actually the first ever moisturizer that actually worked on me. my skin type is dry and this moisturizer is actually aimed for oily-skins, but it really works wonders on me. before, my skin has dry patches around my nose and cheeks. i tried a couple of cream-based moisturizers before, but it didnt worked on me at all. the dry patches became drier instead! but anyways, i guess gel-based works well with my skin instead of the cream-based. you guys should try this if you're suffering from dry skin!

Pros:

• Moisturizes really well 
• Light and cold feeling
• Absorbs fairly quickly
• Apple-scented! yum!
• Doesnt make me break-out
• Super affordable, bought this 50ml for BND$6!

Shurei Salon System Shampoo & Vaseline Healthy White Lotion

I was strolling around Hua Ho the other day and i was searching for a new shampoo. My Pantene Total Care doesnt work on me anymore! it used to work really well, but suddenly i get flakes from it? waaah D: anyway, i spotted an Herbal Essence shampoo that time and planned to buy that instead. Then not suprisingly, a sales girl approached me and recommend me Shurei Shampoos. she talked on how great it is and all, it actually felt like 10mins lol. she even swore that it'll work really well on me. annoyed and giving up, i grabbed the Shurei shampoo and put back the Herbal Essence =.= she said i have normal hair, so she gave me the "glam shine" one. Shurei comes up with 4 different range; Color Vive, Glam Shine, Break Free and Manage It. It costs $7+, but i bought it at $6+ since it was discounted that time. 

Pros:

• If you really want soft silky hair, this is def the shampoo for you! 
• Pleasant smell
• Good price for such a great shampoo!
• No more frizzy hair
• The bottle is really cool xP
  
  Cons:
• The bottle(hard) have to be squeezed to get the shampoo out
• lol. dont use if you dont want really soft hair. even my hair doesnt have volume anymore T.T

Now moving on to Vaseline Healthy White. I was drawn to this due to their commercial actually. It claims to evens out skin tones and all. I read good reviews online and Vaseline never disappoints me :) bought this at BND$7+

Pros:

• It evens out my skin tone really well
• Absorbs well
• No greasy or sticky feeling
• Made my skin supple
  
  Cons:
• Wish it could absorb a little quicker
• Wish it is fragrance-free. (but the smell arent that over-powering either) 

My Beauty Diary Mask

i’ve been longing to do a post about this brand for quite a long time on my previous blog. i guess i havent done one because i havent tried one yet? its not really locally available and its hard to find local distributors! but no worries ^^ i found TWO local sellers who sells this mask, and even better, instocks! :) i talked to one of them yesterday about the mask and its $3 per sheet. the other one sells $3.50 per sheet though, so yeah i picked the first seller instead :P because of the affordable price and the delivery service HEHE.

as far as i know, My Beauty Diary Mask(MBDM) currently has 3 lines of mask! 

1. Natural Key Line
2. Luxury Line
3. Face Q line
4. Flower line(lol, i just made this name up, i dont know the exact name for this line, but they have this new flower flavor masks)

Not only did i buy face masks. i bought myself eye masks too. infact, thats the main reason why i came across to the seller’s page. i was looking for an eye mask, and i just stumbled into discovering My Beauty Diary Mask! my eyes has been looking so tired lately o.o my eyebags are getting puffier and my eye-circles are getting darkerrrr. everytime i took a picture of myself, my eyebags ruined it :( huhuuu. i bought 5 pairs of Crystal Whitening Brightening Eye Maskthat costs me BND$20. i really hope these cuties works! i’ll probably get these items not later than this week :) i’ll do reviews next two weeks! hey, it takes time okay :p
